If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Hockey Services, please call us with your concerns and we will resolve any problem you may have with your purchase.
If there is a need for exchange or return due to Hockey Services shipping you an incorrect size or color of product or any other misunderstanding on the part of Hockey Services, please inform us of the problem within 15 days of merchandise receipt. We will issue you a UPS pickup for the product and either ship you the correct merchandise or refund the item’s purchase price.
Exchanges and returns of product for reasons beyond our control will be exchanged or refunded upon return receipt of the original merchandise within a period of 10 days. In the case of an exchange of product, the shipping cost of the replacement product will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return of product, the shipping cost, if any, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Special orders of non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
